Cycles are carried free of charge on the Robin Hood Line, but at the peak times of the day the numbers carried are restricted. Secure cycle lockers are now available at some stations for use by regular cyclists, and are also free of charge.

Wheelchair Ramps

All Robin Hood Line trains carry ramps to allow easy access for standard wheelchairs. Unfortunately, because of space constraints powered chairs and scooters over a certain size (67cm width, 120cms length) cannot be accommodated. Travel Further Afield

You can connect with the national rail network at both Nottingham and Worksop Stations. At Nottingham there are frequent direct services to London, Birmingham, Derby, Leicester, Manchester, Norwich and other centres. See the individual train operator’s site for more details or use the National Rail journey planner at to check your connections.

At Worksop you can connect with trains for Sheffield and Lincolnshire; and via Retford, with trains to Scotland, the North East and London, again use the links above for more information.
