The Minerals and Waste Development Framework currently comprises the following adopted plans and other completed documents:

Adopted Plans

Policies saved under Previous Local Plan System

Nottinghamshire and Nottingham Waste Local Plan Adopted 9 January 2002

Nottinghamshire Minerals Local Plan Adopted 5 December 2005

The policies will be replaced by new minerals and waste development plan documents prepared under the Local Development Framework arrangements.

None have yet reached adoption, but details of which documents have been adopted or completed and which form a part of the development framework are set out below:
